| This museum was launched in 1980 for the collection of the late Tojiro Uneo built over half his lifespan. It is located in a scenic location on Mt Rokko and houses about 10,000 pieces amongst which are ceramics from China’s late Qing Dynasty to today, paintings, embroidery and handicrafts. |
How to get there: Take the Hankyu Bus for Arima from JR or Hanshin Ashiya or Hankyu Ashiyagawa, or for Ashiya Highland, to Okuike. Nearby there.
Closed: Tuesday, new years holidays (Open only on Friday, Saturday and Sunday in January - March and August; appointment required)
